Partnership Strengthens Organizational and Leadership Development Capabilities Across the Netherlands and the European Market

Coaching Leaders Japan LLC (“CLJ”; Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo,Japan; CEO: Rina Sakuraba) announced that its Netherlands subsidiary, Coaching Leaders Japan B.V., entered into a strategic capital and business alliance with Briddge Legal & Finance (“Briddge”; Headquarters: Amsterdam, the Netherlands; Partners: Stefan de Groot and Jurren de Groot) in July 2026.

Through the alliance, Briddge will establish a framework through which it can introduce the services of Coaching Leaders Japan B.V. to its corporate clients. The collaboration will further strengthen the provision of organizational and leadership development support across the Netherlands and the broader European market, centered on transforming “Being” through Ontological Coaching.

◾️Background of the Partnership

CLJ has supported the sustainable growth of individuals and organizations by helping transform “Being” through Ontological Coaching. CLJ specializes in cross-cultural leadership development through Japanese-English bilingual coaches.

In June 2025, CLJ established Coaching Leaders Japan B.V. in the Netherlands, its first overseas subsidiary, and began expanding its business in the European market. While demand for its services was clear, Coaching Leaders Japan B.V. had limited resources for business development.

During this period, Coaching Leaders Japan B.V. connected with Briddge. The company has an established client network and business development expertise in the European market and provides one-stop back-office solutions, including accounting, human resources, and legal services. This led to the capital and business alliance.

Going forward, the partnership will combine Briddge’s client network and business development capabilities across Europe with the expertise of Coaching Leaders Japan B.V. in cross-cultural organizational and leadership development. This will enable more companies across Europe to access support from Coaching Leaders Japan B.V.
